COVID 19 GUIDELINE AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTSTo keep a healthy environment tattoo studio, we kindly ask both clients and artists to follow some sanitation guidelines below recommended by CDC:

  • If you get tested for COVID-19 and wait to get the results, it’s VERY IMPORTANT to inform us!  If you don’t comply, you can be put in jail or subject to thousands of dollars in fines!
  • If you have any symptoms of being sick or feel unwell, please kindly RESCHEDULE your appointment.  Yes, please reschedule even if you believe you may just have allergies.  We are more than happy to accommodate you.  We ask the same of all the artists and staff at Brow Artistry Studio.
  • Please DO NOT bring guests to your appointment & keep personal belongings to minimum.
  • Please remain in your car and text or call us upon your arrival.
  • Please wear A DISPOSIBLE FACE MASK when entering the studio.  A FACE COVER is REQUIRED & MUST be worn at all times.
  • Please WASH (at least 30 seconds)/SANITIZE YOUR HAND before receiving any service at our studio.
  • We shall check your TEMPERATURE upon arrival.
  • Please maintain SOCIAL DISTANCING (6ft apart) to minimize chances of spreading or contracting the virus.
  • TO LIMIT CONTACT: please refrain from TOUCHING SURFACES or OBJECTS as much as possible (polishes rack, chairs, tables, etc.)
  • We are sorry that we temporarily DO NOT provide blanket or serve water at this time.  Please prepare yourselves a jacket and sock as needed.
  • If possible, schedule your services during LOW VOLUME TIMES (i.e: weekdays, early in the mornings)

DEPOSIT (BOOKING FEE)

Our services are by ‘Appointment Only’. A NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERRABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward to the balance due on the day of service.

LATENESS/ RESCHEDULING – UPDATED AS OF 2/18/2021

Our goal is to provide the best service to our clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we will ask that you reschedule your appointment, which will forfeit the deposit amount.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which could force you to postpone/reschedule your appointment. Please notify us at least 7 DAYS prior to your appointment, unless it’s an emergency (NOTE:  Stuck in traffic is NOT an emergency). You are allowed to reschedule ONCE. If you fail to notify us, a Re-deposit will be required for a future booking.

     UPDATED DUE TO COVID 19: 

  • Reschedule your appointment if you or anyone who has recently entered the home are sick or have been sick in the last 2 weeks. FOR TOUCH UP CLIENTS:  please contact us via email or 714.782.8424.  FOR NEW BROWS:  No cost penalty for rescheduling up to 3 months!  NEGATIVE COVID-19 test result required!
  • Reschedule your appointment if you or anyone who has recently entered the home has pending COVID-19 test results, have tested positive for COVID-19, or may have been exposed to someone who had tested positive for COVID-19. FOR TOUCH UP CLIENTS:  please contact us via email or 714.782.8424. FOR NEW BROW CLIENTS:  No cost penalty for rescheduling up to 3 months!  NEGATIVE COVID-19 test result required!

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know 7 DAYS in advance. Cancellation will result in a Loss of DepositNO EXCEPTION!

NO SHOW

If you are a NO SHOW the appointment.  Fee will be charged IN FULL.

PERFECTION TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS

It is client’s responsible to book her Perfection Touch-Up appointment as needed.  This appointment is required to book within 6 to 8 weeks after the initial/new procedure.  After 8 weeks, please book your touch up appointment base on our pricing chart.

CLIENT-ONLY IN THE PROCEDURE ROOM.

It is important the artist is able to have their full focus on you, the client.  Though a friend or family may accompany you to your appointment, we have learned it is best that they do not sit-in on your procedure.  Friends and family tend to be a distraction for both the client and artist.

CHILDREN, TODDLERS, BABIES AND PETS.

Though we love children, toddlers, babies and pets, we must kindly ask that you do not bring them with you to your appointment. Unfortunately, they are a distraction to the artist, as well as the other guests having services at our studio.

RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT

We reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons:
• Undisclosed skin condition, including sunburn/suntan
• Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Any behavior which, in the opinion of the artist, might compromise the artist’s or our ability to work safely and comfortably toward the desired results, or might disrupt other clients.

PRIVACY AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Photos/Videos taken during or after the procedure may be posted on our webpage www.browartistrystudio.com or any of our social media pages (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, snapchat, etc.).  Please inform us if you would prefer otherwise.

DOs and DON’Ts.

• Don’t show the artist a picture of another artist’s work and say, “I want these brows”.
• Don’t bring your work with you to the appointment and silence your cell phone.  Tattooing requires intense concentration.  Even the most experienced artists need to limit stressors during their tattooing.
• Don’t be surprised if the artist does not want to tattoo in a style that is not his/her own.
• Do tell the artist any specifics (shape, styles, color etc.) you have in mind prior.
• Do share reference images from the artist’s own portfolio and say, “I like the style you did here.”
• Do consider going back to the same artist for modifying or touching up an existing eyebrow tattoo.

PROMOTIONS/DISCOUNT

All promotions and discounts that run on Brow Artistry Studio or social media pages or website are solely advertised for Brow Artistry Studio. To redeem, you MUST call our main number 714.782.8424 and mention the promotion to be valid.

Please note that the appointment will be cancelled and/or rescheduled if these policies are not being followed.
